The Beginning

It all starts with an idea, an emotion, a sense for change, a desire for more.
What is more? What does it mean to want more for the self, for life, for the body, for the mind? Where is the hunger coming from, where is the drive rooted that pushes us?
From here (July) until december we shall follow the female fighter, commencing with Eivor into her world of training, the demands, the sacrifices and the procedures both on the psychical and physical dimensions, required to endure a fight and its necessary training regime. From the comfort of the office to the harshness of the ring, Eivor will traverse not only  the body's excertions within the lonliness of such an ultimately solitary pursuit that is fighting but this physical journey will serve to reveal a much greater reward, that of the all encompassing human need for change, conflict and the ability to master.
Martial art, (Muay Thai) the tool for a psychical growth based on a personal dissolution of conflict and rivalry, where the simplicity of the activity masks a far deeper complexity inviting us to acknowledge the foundational reality of any martial art system.
This blog will serve to unravel through the fighter/s (depending upon who is willing to join the programme) the nature, diversity and logic of conflicts role in the develeopment of the human sprit as it prepares itslef to be elevated to the next level.

Pleier å vere noko hardt å finne fram energien her på kontoret.
